As long as you’ve sent us back everything we’ve asked for, then we’ll have your account up and running, usually within one business day.
But don’t worry: if we need anything else from you, one of our Customer Onboarding team will be in contact to let you know what we need and why we need it. This will usually occur within one day of your account application, though on rare occasions it may take us up to three days to get in touch
Your practice account lasts for 500 trades – it’s there for you to learn to understand the platform and try out some different trading strategies.
But using a practice account is very different from trading for real, as you can’t stop emotions kicking in when you’re risking your own money. If you have any concerns about switching to a live account, please, contact our Customer Success team and they’ll be able to help.
We know how frustrating it can be if you can’t log in.
Maybe you’re not sure of your password.If so, then you can simply reset your password on our platform.
If you’re having an issue on your mobile, please make sure that you’ve updated the app to the latest version.
If you still can’t log in or if it’s a desktop issue, here’s what to do:

This information will help us resolve any problems quickly, and get you logged in and trading again.
You can reset your password on the Trade Nation homepage. Simply login to our platform and open your account settings from the drop down under your name. From there, you can click the “change password” link.
It happens, but don’t worry. Get in touch with our Customer Success team and we’ll open you up a new account in the correct currency.
