Frequently Asked Questions

Any time you make a withdrawal, we will return those funds back to where they originally came from. However, we only do this up to the amount you initially deposited.

If you have made deposits to your Trade Nation account from  multiple sources we will, where possible, return any requested funds back to those original sources.

We return funds back to the source of deposit wherever possible.

We do this as it minimises the risk of fraudulent transactions and protects both us as a company and you as our customer.

This can happen when the card you have used does not allow the funds to be returned. Reasons for this may vary but include: the card having expired, the card issuer rejecting the payment, or if six months has passed since the last deposit. If we are unable to return money directly to your card, we will ask for bank account details to send your funds to you.

In this instance, we will need to validate that we are sending your funds to your bank account by checking that it is in your name, and that your residential address on the bank statement matches your residential address registered with Trade Nation.

We’ll need your new bank account details including a current proof of address. Customer protection is our highest priority, so please only send us these details from the email registered to your trading account.
