How can I trade on TradingView?
Sign up for a Trade Nation account, login to TradingView, then connect the two through the Trading Panel at the bottom of Supercharts. You’ll then be able to trade in your Trade Nation account directly from TradingView.
What markets can I trade?
Through the TradingView integration, you can trade CFDs, Margin FX and spread trades on a wide range of Indices, FX, commodities, and individual equities.
How does the Trade Nation + TradingView broker integration work?
You can execute trades directly on the TradingView charting interface in your Trade Nation trading account. To do this, you must be logged in to TradingView and, via the TradingView Trading panel or Broker Profile, via API to Trade Nation.
In the relationship, Trade Nation performs all the functions you would expect of a well-regulated broker; it is the counterpart to your trades, holds your trading funds in client-segregated accounts to margin to your positions, holds appropriate regulatory capital, provides price quotes, and so on.
When viewing a Trade Nation market in TradingView, it is the Trade Nation pricing feed that you’re seeing. This, coupled with the connection direct to your trading account allows you to trade with Trade Nation from TradingView seamlessly. You can trade directly from the charts or via the order/deal ticket.
TradingView is not the counterparty to your trades; it does not hold your funds or perform any of the brokerage functions. You are using TradingView for its extensive analytical features but not to place a trade with.
While we expect most of your time will be spent analysing markets on TradingView, you must visit the Trade Nation client portal to perform brokerage account administration tasks, such as withdrawing and depositing funds, accessing Trade Nation support, opening additional trading accounts, and updating your personal details. These can not be done in TradingView. You can log in to the portal on this website.
Can I manage my trades outside TradingView?
Yes, trades placed through TradingView can also be managed on the Trade Nation TN Trader trading platform. This can be accessed from the account portal on this website.
Do I have to pay a TradingView subscription?
No. The Trade Nation integration is available for all levels of TradingView subscription.
Can I practice trade with Trade Nation markets on TradingView?
Yes. To do this, select the paper trading option in the TradingView supercharts trading panel and find the Trade Nation market you want in the symbol search. You can now practice with virtual funds directly on TradingView.
Please note: Trade Nation legacy demo accounts, set up via the Trade Nation portal, do not integrate with TradingView.
