TD365 is becoming Trade Nation

After six years of operating the TD365 brand, we have decided to bring all of our TD365 customers into our main brand, Trade Nation.

You may already know Trade Nation, as they have run the TD365 platform and back-end services since the beginning…. So everything will feel very familiar.

Everything you value about TD365 will continue, just under the Trade Nation brand.

  • The same outstanding customer support

  • Trade on the go with a dedicated mobile app

The good news: there’s nothing you need to do right now. We’re taking care of everything to make sure your experience is seamless.

  • Over the final weekend in February, the TD365 brand will join Trade Nation
  • From 1st March, you will be able to access your account via Trade Nation with the same login details you’ve used before.
  • Any funds on the account or positions you have open will be unaffected. They’ll be there for you, just in your Trade Nation account.

No, and we’ll take care of everything for you so your TD365 account transfers seamlessly over to Trade Nation at the end of February.

If you currently hold a full account with Trade Nation Financial UK Ltd, and even if you don’t use it anymore, one of our team members will be in contact with you. For security reasons, remember that our team will only ever ask you security questions to validate you as the account holder, and we will never ask you to deposit any funds.

You can log in using the same email address and password you’ve always used on the desktop and the mobile app.

Your money is held in segregated client accounts at Barclays Bank UK and Santander UK.

/

Trade Nation Financial UK Ltd is regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). We have an office in London, staffed by some of our team that you may have spoken to in the past.

The deposit process is very similar to TD365, and Trade Nation has the same great payment options available. Any saved payment options may need to be re-entered at Trade Nation.

The platform is very similar to the one you’re used to, with the same low fixed spreads, easy-to-use trading platform, and the same huge choice of markets, with some exciting new features like news updates.

Dedicated TN Trader apps for iPhone and Android are available to download from the App Store or Google Play Store. Download it now and be ready for March.

All your trading history on your TD365 will remain and will move with you to Trade Nation. Any statements you require for tax or any other purpose will be available on the platform or by request from our support team.

Your MT4 account will also move seamlessly to Trade Nation, so don’t worry!
